For a very long time, I felt cut off from all things good in the world. I felt that I had been a decent, fair, and kind person. I worked hard yet I felt attacked by life. I felt like that no matter what I did I 

was cut from goodness because even when I did do “right or wrong” I got the short end of the stick and on top of that, I constantly felt drained. I know that in the midst of things the last thing 

we want to hear is “think positive” or “say affirmations”. 

We know that it isn’t always that easy. After feeling completely lost, drained and hopeless in another one of my downs I read this and it gave me much hope. It reminded me of my mission 

and my purpose. I am not here to be a perfect human I am here to live a human experience and heal those that seek my help.

Be grateful and give thanks for everything that happens to you, both the “good” and the “bad.” 

Both your “friends” and your “enemies” are your teachers; thank them for the opportunity they give you to learn more about yourself. Don’t carry grudges; forgive yourself and others, especially 

your parents and siblings. Find what your life purpose is and what makes you joyful and passionate and pursue it with passion. Find faith in nature, in God, in the Great Creator. To flow in abundance is to share and give to others, to your community, and to those who need more then you do.” 

We can’t help those that we cannot relate to. The trials will never end that is just a part of life. No matter how many healing sessions, trainings and circles you attend you will forever evolve and 

this is the beauty in being human. You are not alone in this journey.
