In this intimate indoor gathering, we will honor the longest night of the year with a sacred ceremony that embraces the themes of letting go and welcoming new beginnings. Surrounded by nature’s tranquility, we’ll create a nurturing space to set intentions and release what no longer serves us.

The evening will begin with a welcoming circle, where participants will share their intentions and reflect on what they are grateful for. Following the opening, we’ll engage in a guided meditation to ground ourselves and open our hearts.

As the sun sets, we’ll transition into a beautiful sound bath, where soothing vibrations from singing bowls and other instruments will wash over you. This immersive experience is designed to promote deep relaxation, healing, and a sense of connection to the universe.

Join us for a rejuvenating morning of Free Yoga and Sound Healing at the beautiful Reverchon Park in Dallas! This serene outdoor event is designed to help you relax, unwind, and connect with your body and mind as we flow through a gentle yoga practice followed by a calming sound bath.

Schedule:

• 12:00 PM: Yoga Flow – All levels are welcome! Enjoy a soothing yoga session led by an experienced instructor that will focus on stretching, breathing, and mindfulness to prepare your body for deep relaxation.

• 12:30 PM-1 pm Sound Bath – Lay back and experience the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sound healing instruments. This powerful sound therapy will help release stress, restore balance, and promote deep relaxation.

During this candle making class, Instructor Bri will take you on a transformative journey to create a personalized, intention-driven candle.  Instructor Bri will start with a brief history of intentional candle crafting. You'll then reflect on your desires and goals, setting a clear intention that will guide your candle dressing process. Using the tools provided, you'll carve your intentions directly into the wax, infusing your candle with deep personal meaning. Afterward,  Instructor Bri will lead a guided meditation to charge your candle with focused energy. You'll also create a custom fragrance with essential oils and carefully curate herbs and flowers, each selected for their properties, to enhance the purpose of your candle.
